I used Distress inks (what else?), dusty concords, shaded lilac, peeled paint and tea dye. The stencil is from Dina Wakley. The main stamp was colored in with watercolor pencils and the little stamp in regular colored pencils. The quote is from Billy Joel. I used some letter stickers to print out wine. And of course the dictionary meaning from my big old Webster's Dictionary.
As always this will be submitted to The Craft Barn Alpha/Dictionary Challenge. Thanks for looking and comments are always appreciated!

Now, why didn't I think of that! Excellent choice of word Sybil. A great glass of wine relaxing on the patio at night... but I digress. Lovely page!

I will have that song in my head for the rest of the day now. How fortunate to have bought the wine stamp just in time and it's a great stamp.

ReplyDeleteI went with wine too. Wine stamps are always useful for cards of all occasions. I really like how you've coloured it I could imagine it as a poster in a French cafe. Xx
